Villefranche-sur-Mer

Villefranche-sur-Mer, created in 1295 by Charles II of Anjou, Count of Provence is famous for its charm, colourful houses and is seen in several famous movies has it’s origin as a fishing village.

 With Monaco on one side and Nice on the other, it is hard to believe that it can retain its charm and authenticity of a small village where people still know each other.

The village has a wide variety of restaurants and bars, popular stone pebbled beach and the majestic hills of Mont Boron and Vinagriere surrounding. It’s the perfect place if you appreciate a good view over the Cote d’Azur coastline and being close by to the city of Nice. Villefranche Sur-Mer is easily accessible by both car, bus and the train that stops 100 meters from the beach.
